Lexington, Michigan is situated on the East coast of the state on Lake Huron. Since tourists would prefer to view the sun set rather than see it rise, this coast is less developed than Lake Michigan -- I think the beaches are a lot sandier as well! It is a very beautiful area in it’s own right and well worth exploration!
